Established in 2019, the Network of Open Orgs (NOO) comprises numerous organisations and leaders in open education. The NOO is coordinated by Open Education Global and aims to support the implementation of the UNESCO OER Recommendation along with other large scale, global open education efforts that require coordinated action.
